Chris Probert

Chris Probert has a strong background in the mortgage banking industry, with experience in various leadership roles at different companies.

Starting in 1998 at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, they worked their way up to Branch Manager III and Joint Venture General Manager. During their time there, they successfully grew the region's annual volume from 12 million to over 180 million, achieved through recruiting, coaching, and establishing key business relationships. Chris also maintained relationships with corporate relocation clients and expanded the relocation program.

From 2006 to 2010, they were a Branch Manager/Partner at Guild Mortgage Company, where they started up a local mortgage banking/brokerage company and achieved rapid growth, expanding to three locations and ten Mortgage Consultants in the first year. Chris focused on consultative selling and sales management, establishing the company as an educational leader in the real estate community.

At W.J. Bradley Company, from 2011 to 2012, they served as the VP of Channel Marketing & Consumer Direct Sales. Chris managed consumer direct programs and oversaw lead generation, branding, and business development across different channels.

From 2012 to 2014, at AmeriFirst Financial, Inc., they were a PLM, Regional Recruiter & Business Development executive. Chris successfully led growth in the states of Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and Texas and collaborated with the operations and marketing teams to develop new relationship building products.

From 2014 to 2018, at OneTrust Home Loans, they served as the SVP of National Branch & Business Development, leading the company's national growth and branch financial management.

Most recently, since 2018, they have been the President of Tourmalet Consulting, where they have been responsible for significant national growth in production and profit per loan. Chris has ensured that organizations are hiring branches with profitable volume and has secured over 150 million per month in production.

Chris Probert obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management/Business Administration from Colby-Sawyer College, from the years 1993 to 1997.
