Dustin Carfield has a wealth of experience in mortgage lending, starting in 1997 as an attorney focusing on corporate transactions and finance. Dustin then founded NextStar Funding in 2002, specializing in consumer financing for fractional resort projects nationwide. Under their leadership, NextStar serviced nearly ninety resort properties. In 2011, Dustin joined OneTrust Home Loans as the Executive Vice President & General Counsel, offering a wide range of lending solutions and bringing their extensive knowledge and insight to the company. Dustin continues to hold this position.
Dustin Carfield attended Joplin High School from 1984 to 1988. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science at Washington University in St. Louis, graduating in 1992. Continuing their educational journey, they then attended Vanderbilt University Law School from 1994 to 1997, where they earned their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in law.
