Nick Nyland

Nick Nyland has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry, holding various executive positions in credit and risk management. Nick is currently the Executive Vice President of Credit and Collateral at OneTrust Home Loans. Prior to that, they worked at Stearns Lending as the Executive Vice President of Credit & Appraisal Risk Management. Before that, they served as the Chief Credit Officer at Prospect Mortgage, LLC. Nick also gained experience at Indymac Bank as the First Vice President of Quality Control and at Countrywide as the Vice President of Risk Analytics. Throughout their career, Nick has demonstrated expertise in financial risk management, developing strategies to address business partner risks, and implementing tools for analyzing loan products.

Nick Nyland received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society from UC Santa Barbara between 1988 and 1992. Afterward, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Golden Gate University, School of Law, from 1993 to 1996.
