Alison Birzes

Alison Birzes has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Alison currently holds the position of Head of HR at OneTrust, a leading privacy, security, and trust technology company. In this role, they are responsible for building integrated programs that comply with various privacy and security laws. Prior to this, Alison worked at VMware for several years, holding roles such as Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition and Senior Manager of University Talent. Before joining VMware, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at VMware AirWatch, where they played a key role in simplifying mobility solutions for organizations. Earlier in their career, Alison gained experience in advertising sales at HRP and worked as a Camp Counselor and Horseback Riding Instructor at Camp Mondamin.

Alison Birzes obtained a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from The University of Georgia from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Roswell High School from 1998 to 2002.
