Emely Patra is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience transformation and solution engineering across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Global CX Transformation, Value Realisation, and International Architects at OneTrust since May 2025, Emely leads global strategies in enhancing market momentum and scaling teams in EMEA and APAC. Previously, Emely held roles such as Vice President Head of EMEA Solution Engineering at Salesforce, where the focus was on pre-sales strategies in Data, Analytics, and AI, and Group Vice President for the Salesforce Practice EMEA at Publicis Sapient, responsible for the overall Salesforce business strategy in the region. Emely's career has also included significant leadership roles at Salesforce, CSC, Fujitsu Services, and Oracle Corp, with a strong emphasis on customer success, digital transformation, and business value realization. Emely holds an MBA in Systems and IT from Symbiosis International University and a General Management Certificate from Cambridge Judge Business School.
