Jacqlene Corbin

Jacqlene Corbin is a seasoned professional in strategy and enablement, currently serving as the Global Strategy & Enablement Program Manager at OneTrust since October 2021. In addition to this role, Jacqlene is the Co-Chair of Communications for the Black@OneTrust Employee Trust Group. Prior to OneTrust, Jacqlene held several key positions at BetterCloud from September 2016 to September 2021, including Department Lead for Technical Account Management and co-founding the Chocolate Rain Employee Resource Group, the company's first ERG for Black employees. Jacqlene also innovated the Technical Account Management department at BetterCloud and contributed as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. Earlier experience includes leading customer support at Whisper App, where management of user inquiries and ticket volumes was a primary responsibility. Jacqlene earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Fashion Design and Merchandising from California State University, Long Beach.
