Kevin Kimm has a strong background in customer success and technical account management. Kevin is currently serving as the Team Lead for Customer Success and Technical Account Management at OneTrust since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at PowerPlan, Inc. from January 2016 to November 2021, holding various roles such as Manager of Managed Services, Solution Manager, and Senior Consultant. Before that, they worked as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Aptos Retail from February 2014 to January 2016. Kevin also gained experience at Manhattan Associates, where they worked as a Consultant from June 2012 to February 2014, and as an Associate Consultant from June 2011 to June 2012.
Kevin Kimm received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in November 2019 and several privacy and governance certifications from the IAPP and GRC Certify between 2021 and 2023. Kevin also completed Python programming courses at the University of Michigan in 2020.
