Matt McDowall has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2006 with temporary roles at Yorkshire Building Society, where they processed transactions in retail banking operations. In 2008, they worked as a Field Campaigner at Citizens Campaign for the Environment and as a Teacher's Assistant at the Rising Hope Program. From 2008 to 2011, Matt worked as a Store Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch. Matt then joined Accenture in 2011 and held various roles, including Analyst, Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager in the Digital Workplace practice. In 2020, Matt transitioned to OneTrust, where they started as Director of Global Customer Support and currently holds the position of Senior Director of Global Customer Support Programs and Strategy.
