Patricia Bovan Campbell

Patricia Bovan Campbell is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and privacy law. Currently serving as Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel for Global Partnerships at OneTrust since December 2023, Patricia previously held the position of Privacy and Commercial Counsel at Axiom, where negotiations for SaaS and strategic partnerships were prominent. Prior to Axiom, Patricia served as Director and Managing Counsel at Twilio Inc., overseeing a globally distributed team and leading various commercial legal processes. At Salesforce, Patricia held multiple vice president roles, focusing on go-to-market strategies and key transaction negotiations. Earlier experience includes managing global contracts and M&A at Symantec. Patricia holds a JD in International Business Transactions from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, a BA in Government from Cornell University, and completed an Executive Education program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
