Tom Samuel is currently the Director of Customer Success at OneVest, where they are responsible for the implementation, delivery, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch success of customers. Tom has a proven track record in overseeing successful implementations in the Digital Wealth Management space, leveraging expertise in building and leading cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience. Previously, they held key roles at Nest Wealth, BlackBerry, and T-Mobile, developing robust processes and methodologies that significantly improved implementation times and customer satisfaction. Tom also served as a professor at Conestoga College, educating students in applied network infrastructure and systems administration.
