James Fitter has a diverse and successful work experience spanning several industries. James began their career at KPMG Peat Marwick Mitchell, where they worked in computer audit from 1982 to 1986. James then moved to Bankers Trust Australia and served as Vice President from 1987 to 1991. James joined Deutsche Bank Securities in 1992 and enjoyed a highly successful 10-year career, ultimately becoming the Global Head of Emerging Market Equities. During this time, they managed a large team and was involved in the bank's operations across multiple countries. In 2003, James joined Sovereign Asset Management as Chief Executive Officer, where they oversaw the firm's investment portfolio and played a crucial role in its growth. From 2006 to 2010, they founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Leebrook Global Investments, a long-only asset manager. Prior to their current role, James worked at GLS Capital (UK) LLP as a Partner from 2011 to 2012. James then became the Chief Executive Officer of Oneview Healthcare, leading the team in powering personalized care experiences for healthcare providers globally.
