Shawn Theesfeld

Shawn Theesfeld has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Shawn started their career as a Software Programmer at Abbott in 2002. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Cygnus Business Media, where they directed the development of personalized marketing solutions for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients.

In 2007, Shawn joined Hamacher Resource Group, Inc. as a Software and Web Developer/Analyst. Over the years, they assumed various leadership roles such as Software and Web Development Lead and Application Development Manager. During their time at Hamacher Resource Group, Shawn was responsible for leading technology-related initiatives, promoting IT methodology and process changes, and providing mentorship to newer IT department members.

In 2019, Shawn moved to OneTouchPoint as the Software Development Manager, where they were involved in transforming the IT development team into a customer-focused business asset. Shawn was responsible for hiring, mentoring, and evaluating developers, business analysts, project managers, interns, and tech leads, as well as overseeing resource planning and budgeting. Later, they became the IT Director of Business Solutions and eventually the Vice President of Technology.

Most recently, in 2023, Shawn joined Oneview Healthcare as the Director of Technical Operations.

Shawn Theesfeld has a background in computer science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and information science and technology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
