Jason Griffing

Jason Griffing is the current Director of Product at OneVision Resources. Jason has been with the company since May of 2018 and has served as the Director of Partner Development since then. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring that home technology companies on the OneVision platform are armed with the resources they need to successfully transform their service operations. Jason does this by continually identifying new strategic opportunities which will empower our partners to streamline their operations, enhance their service experience, and convert their service departments into profit centers through premium market positioning and MRR generation.

The Partner Development Group applies proven practices from the disciplines of product management, project management, and customer success to provide our partners with a turnkey path to a profitable and sustainable service offering. Jason leads an amazing team which is broken down into three distinct areas of focus: onboarding/training, partner success, and design.

In the onboarding/training area, their team is responsible for onboarding new partners, including training on processes and systems, in a timely manner. They also oversee the implementation of all the marketing and support systems we provide for our partners. In addition, they conduct ongoing training with our partners covering the proven service and support strategies that comprise the “OneVision Playbook”.

In the partner success area, their team is responsible for ensuring our partners have the tools and resources they need to find ultimate success with service. They conduct regular “check-ins” with our partners to provide ongoing coaching and guidance, gather feedback and partner requests, and track partner performance with the goal of continually strengthening our partner relations and enhancing our service platform.

In the design area, their team is responsible for the creation and upkeep of all the content which comprises the OneVision Playbook. This includes our online learning management system (LMS) “OneVision Academy”, our help center, all written documentation, and various in-person training assets such as slide decks and PDF handouts.

Jason Griffing has a Bachelor of Arts in Audio Engineering and Business from the University of Northern Colorado. Jason is certified in Statistics Foundations and Programming Foundations: Databases from LinkedIn.
