Paul Alder

Paul Alder has extensive work experience in various roles within the telecommunications industry. Paul started their career as a Project Manager at Pacific Telecom Services, managing projects related to telecom services. Paul then joined PTS as a Project Manager, where they continued to oversee projects in the telecom sector. After that, they worked at Clearwire as a Site Acquisition specialist, responsible for acquiring suitable sites for network deployment.

In 2008, Paul became a Project Manager for Qwest Communications at Tek Systems, leading a project for their network services division. Paul later joined Clearwire again, this time as a Network Deployment Project Manager, where they managed the development, engineering, and construction of network sites in Utah.

From 2011 to 2016, Paul worked at Black & Veatch, initially as an Associate Department Head for Telecom PMs and later as the Turf Director for Northern California. In these roles, they provided leadership and support to project managers and addressed client needs.

In 2016, Paul joined Tilson Technology Management as a Sr. Execution Manager, overseeing the execution of projects in the telecommunications field. Paul then moved to B+T Group in 2017, where they served as the Director of Program Management, leading and managing various programs.

In 2020, Paul joined SRI Telecom as the Lead Construction Manager for Google Fiber in Salt Lake City. In this role, they successfully executed the network build by collaborating with sub-contractors, city inspectors, and Google Fiber leadership.

Currently, Paul is working at OneVizion as the Director of Customer Success, a role they assumed in 2023. Overall, Paul Alder has a wealth of experience in project management, network deployment, and leadership in the telecommunications industry.

Paul Alder earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of Utah. Later, they pursued a Master's degree at the University of Phoenix, without specifying the field of study.
