Patrick Francis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and leadership roles. Patrick currently serves as the Delivery Head at Think360.ai, where they provide leadership, vision, and direction to the ADMS Projects. In this role, they assist in team development, holds teams accountable for their commitments, and leverages organizational resources to improve project capacity. Prior to this, Patrick worked as a Senior Manager at Think360.ai and as a Project Manager - Technology at Grab (Grab a Grub Services Pvt. Ltd).

Before joining Grab, they held the position of Sr Manager - IT Application at VFS Global, where they were responsible for regional application development, support, and ensuring high application uptime. Patrick also managed project management for various IT and business projects and handled vendor management.

Patrick has also served as a Senior Project Manager at CNT Infotech, where they planned, directed, and coordinated activities to ensure project goals were accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters. Patrick participated in budget development for projects and made recommendations based on lessons learned.

Prior to their role at CNT Infotech, Patrick worked as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Nasdaq and as a Technical Project Manager/ Team Lead /Subject Matter Expert at Sprinklr. Additionally, they held roles as a Technical Project Manager at CNT Infotech and as a Senior Production Support Engineer at Jet Airways.

Patrick began their career as a Technical Head at The Software Solutions Integrated, where they gained extensive technical expertise. Patrick is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and PRINCE2 practitioner.

Patrick Francis PMP, PRINCE2 has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Northern Virginia - Annandale, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed an Advance Diploma in Software Engineering from APTECH Computer Education, specializing in Computers, from 1994 to 2000. Patrick also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Mumbai, which they earned from 1994 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Patrick Francis has obtained multiple certifications in various fields. These include the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in February 2023, the Agile Scrum Master certification from EXIN your ICT competence partner in November 2018, the Agile and Scrum Foundation certification from EXIN your ICT competence partner in December 2017, the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2017, and the ITIL certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2016.
