Luke Howard

Luke Howard is a Consultant Pulmonologist and Lead Clinician at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust since May 2006, specializing in cardiopulmonary medicine with a focus on pulmonary vascular disease, pulmonary embolism, and unexplained breathlessness. In addition to clinical practice, Luke serves as a Professor of Practice in Cardiopulmonary Medicine at Imperial College London, conducting research in pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary embolism, and exercise medicine. Luke has held positions at OneWelbeck and The Physicians' Clinic, providing private consultancy services. Education includes an MB BChir from the University of Cambridge, an MA DPhil from the University of Oxford, and an FRCP from the Royal College of Physicians. Luke received the National Clinical Excellence Bronze Award in 2013.
