Steve Greaney

Steve Greaney has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry. Steve currently works as a Mortgage Lending Specialist at OneWest Bank. Steve previously worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator for PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, where they originated and funded over 200 loans each year for 2015 and 2016. Steve has also worked as a Foreclosure Manager for One West bank and as an Account Executive for Countrywide Home Loans. Steve began their career as a Retail Loan Officer for Bank of America in 1989.

Steve Greaney has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Steve is certified from the NMLS in Mortgage Loan Originator and from the California BRE in California Bureau of Real Estate Broker License.
