Carla Guinapo has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Carla worked at Oney from 2011 to the present, holding positions such as Head of Oney Partnerships Business Development and New Business, where they focused on strategic development, innovation, and acquiring new partnerships. Carla was also the Head of the Business department for Auchan Retail and Nhood, responsible for B2B and B2B2C business development and strategic evolution. Prior to their time at Oney, Carla worked at Banco Credibom SA as a Product Manager for Credit Cards and Insurance, and at Renault Retail Group Portugal as a Controller and Product Manager. Carla also has experience at Deloitte in finance consultation, auditing, and internal controls, as well as at Millennium bcp as a Commercial promoter.
Carla Guinapo completed their Licenciatura degree in Economics at Universidade Católica Portuguesa from 1998 to 2003. In 2009, they attended Visa Business School London for a short course on Credit Cards. From 2005 to 2008, Carla pursued another course at Alliance Française focusing on French Studies. Carla obtained a First Certificate in English from Portugal Cambridge School between 1995 and 1998. Additionally, they completed a course on Teaching English as a Second Language at St. Barts University in London in 1995. In 2018, Carla pursued a Post-Graduation in Advanced Marketing for Executives at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, followed by a Design Thinking course at Winning Consulting, focusing on Innovation, Strategy, and Project Management. From 2019 to 2021, Carla Guinapo completed a Post-Graduation in Leading in a Digital Era at Nova School of Business and Economics. Lastly, in 2023, they are currently pursuing a program on Executive Sales Strategy and Business Development at Nova School of Business and Economics, specializing in Sales Strategy and Business Development.
