Marlene Franco

Marlene Franco has over 17 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Director at Oney since December 2011, after holding the position of Development Manager. Prior experience includes roles as HR Specialist at TIMWE from February 2009 to December 2011 and Consultant at Grafton Recruitment from July 2006 to January 2009. Marlene Franco holds a degree from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (2001-2005) and is currently pursuing an Advanced Program in People & Culture Management at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, which began in November 2023.
