Russell Lopez

Russell Lopez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Russell'smost recent role was as a System Software Engineer at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer at oneZero Financial Systems since September 2021.

Russell has a long history in the technology field, with significant experience at Omnitracs where they served as a Project Manager Scrum Master and lead GIS engineer responsible for Agile project management and program planning. Before that, they were self-employed as a consultant from 1997 to 1999.

Earlier in their career, Russell held a leadership position as President and owner of Enzian Technology, Inc., providing military simulation and training services. Russell also co-founded Saber Software, specializing in software development tools.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Russell worked as a Teaching Assistant at Harvard University and Harvard Extension School, where they taught various programming and computer science courses.

Russell Lopez earned a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, with a focus on Computer Science, from Harvard University between 1980 and 1984.
