Nello Franco is the current Chief Customer Officer at Onfido. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director, Customer Operations at Vista Consulting Group from January 2020 to October 2021. Nello was also a member of the Customer Success Advisory Board at Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) from January 2016 to December 2020.

Franco began their career at Talend in January 2013, where they served as the SVP, Global Customer Success. In this role, they were responsible for growing all of Talend's customer-facing functions from $40M in revenue to $250M through an IPO. This included managing CSMs who oversaw adoption and retention across 3000 B2B customers globally, as well as overseeing the subscription management (including forecasting and transaction management) for over $200M in renewable contracts annually. Nello was also responsible for the Professional Services team with a P&L of $40M, the customer support team (including support engineers, escalation management, and support innovation), and the success architects. Additionally, they oversaw the technical enablement team which ran the Talend Academy for customers, employees, and partners to drive product adoption at scale.

Nello Franco attended the University of California, Los Angeles and St. Ignatius College Prep. They have a certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in Commercial Pilot, Airplane Single Engine Land, Airplane Multi Engine Land, Instrument Rating; Advanced Ground Instructor; Instrument Ground Instructor.
