Paulo Alves

Paulo Alves has held numerous roles in the tech industry since 2005. Paulo began their career as an Analista de Redes at Grupo Mendes Alvarenga in 2008, then moved to MDN Group in the same role. In 2010, they joined P2P Tecnologia de Sistemas as an Analista de Sistemas de Negócios. From 2011 to 2015, they were Gerente de TI at ARC Ar Comprimido Ltda. Paulo then moved to Constance Calçados where they held the same role from 2015 to 2021. Most recently, they joined Onfly as CIO | Diretor de TI and Gerente de Dados e Integração de Sistemas.

Paulo Alves has a diverse educational background. Paulo completed a Post-Graduation in Strategic Business Management at HSM University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to this, they completed a PDD - Programa de Desenvolvimento de Dirigentes in Administration, Business and Marketing at Fundação Dom Cabral from 2017 to 2018. Paulo also studied Analysis and Development of Systems at Centro Universitário Newton Paiva. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Statistics for Data Science and Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence Applied for Business and Businesses, LPIC-1 | Linux Server Professional, LPIC-2 | Linux Network Professional, MCSA | Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, MCSE | Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, MSA | Microsiga System Administrator, Machine Learning and Data Science, OKR: Methodology and Application, Operational Research, and TCM | Technical Certified Microsiga from various institutions.
