Prince Sahu

Prince Sahu is an NLP Engineer at OnFocus Soft, where since August 2023, significant contributions have been made to the development of the "RecruitBuddy" recruitment automation platform, achieving a 90% reduction in manual effort and enhancing hiring accuracy. Previously, at Almug Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Junior Data Engineer and at Cairn Oil and Gas as a graduate engineer trainee, important initiatives included safety training for contractors and risk assessment projects that reduced incident rates. Additionally, leadership experience was gained as Head of Web Development for Great Step at IIT Kharagpur, overseeing the development of a comprehensive website and organizing events that attracted over 1400 participants. Prince Sahu holds a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Rock Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, earned between 2014 and 2018.
