Caroline Dupont

Caroline Dupont has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Caroline began their career as an Assistant in Marketing and Sales at VRANKEN-POMMERY MONOPOLE, where they handled international sales of champagne and related products. Caroline then worked as an Assistant Responsible for Projects at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Reims and Epernay, gaining experience in project management, communication, events, and networks. Caroline then joined the Caisse d'Epargne Lorraine Champagne-Ardenne as an Assistant to the Director of Communication, where they organized events such as exhibitions and concerts.

Following this, Caroline worked as a Communication and Mediation Officer at Djaz 51, where they were responsible for writing and creating various communication materials such as press releases, newsletters, and brochures. Caroline also gained experience in reception and conducted workshops for children and adults at the Musée Le Grand Palais.

Caroline then served as a Project Manager at International Fashion Spirit, where they were involved in market strategy and communication planning for the launch of a high fashion competition and entrepreneurship project. Caroline networked with different stakeholders and formed strong relationships to promote the project.

In their most recent position as the Financial and Administrative Manager at ONG Conseil France, Caroline demonstrated their leadership skills by overseeing a team, setting and achieving objectives, recruiting and training employees, and ensuring financial and administrative tasks were efficiently managed. Prior to this role, they held various positions within the company, including Accounting Office Manager and Accounting Assistant.

Throughout their career, Caroline has consistently shown their ability to take on diverse responsibilities and excel in various roles, utilizing their communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Caroline Dupont began their education in 2009 at NEOMA Business School, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree. Caroline later attended ESC Dijon-Bourgogne from 2011 to 2014, earning a Master's degree in management with a specialization in Communication, Marketing, and Sales. Following this, Caroline enrolled at INES Expertise in 2020 and is expected to complete their DSCG (Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion) degree in 2022.
