Gabriel Bautista

Gabriel Bautista is an accomplished illustrator and colorist with extensive experience in the comic book industry. Currently an illustrator for "THE LIFE AFTER" at Oni Press since March 2013, Gabriel previously contributed as a colorist for notable titles including "ALL STAR WESTERN" and Will Eisner's "THE SPIRIT" at DC Comics from January 2010 to April 2012. Additionally, Gabriel illustrated "CHARLEY LOVES ROBOTS" and "ELEPHANTMEN" while providing colors for the latter at Image Comics from January 2008 to January 2011. Gabriel also showcased writing and artistic skills in a short story titled "ROJO FERNANDEZ: SON OF WIND" for Zuda Comics in March 2008. Prior to the creative endeavors, Gabriel served as a Loss Prevention Captain at Best Buy from October 2004 to October 2010, managing a team focused on reducing shrink and enhancing employee morale. Gabriel Bautista holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with a specialization in Illustration from The Art Institutes, completed in 2010.
