Karoline Mills

Karoline Mills has a strong work experience in the technology industry. Karoline is currently working as a Cloud Engineer III at Onica by Rackspace Technology since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Rackspace Technology starting in 2019, where they held various roles including Windows Systems Operations Administrator II from April 2021 to December 2021, Windows Systems Operations Administrator I from November 2019 to April 2021, and Support Technician from February 2019 to November 2019. Before joining Rackspace Technology, Karoline worked at Primaservice as a Web Editor and Bookkeeper from February 2015 to January 2019.

Karoline Mills began their education at HTL Krems, where they obtained a High School Diploma in Structural Engineering from 2007 to 2012. Karoline further pursued their studies at the University of Vienna, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and American Studies from 2013 to 2018.

In terms of certifications, Karoline obtained a CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in January 2019. Karoline then acquired various certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate in October 2021, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in July 2021, AWS Certified Developer – Associate in July 2022, and AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate in September 2022. Furthermore, Karoline earned the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in July 2020, and the HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate certification from HashiCorp in March 2022.

In 2021, Karoline also completed the TOP Program - Cloud Engineer at Rackspace Cloud University, although no degree was specified for this program.
