Eugene Mikhno

Eugene Mikhno has over 15 years of work experience in Quality Assurance. From 2004 to 2012, they held various roles in QA, beginning with QA Engineer at Worldline Global, then QA Specialist and Lead QA Engineer at Tieto, Quality Assurance Manager at SaM Solutions, and finally Head of Delivery Excellence and Lead QA Engineer at Onilab LLC. At Onilab LLC, Eugene provided leadership in managing multiple QA teams on different development projects, and formed and streamlined QA processes. At SaM Solutions, they solved vital QA/QC challenges and managed a team of QA/QC experts. At Tieto, they offered expertise in a full range of penetration testing techniques, and at Worldline Global, they performed an extremely broad set of tasks from black box testing to test automation.

Eugene Mikhno obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) between 2002 and 2006. Eugene also holds four certifications from various institutions: Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst (CTAL) from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) from International Institute for Software Testing (IIST), Certified Software Tester (CSTE) from QUALITY ASSURANCE INSTITUTE, and Expert Level Test Manager (CTAL) from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
