Irina Klepikova

Irina Klepikova has worked in the IT industry since 2015. Irina began their career at OCS Innovation Company (OCSICO®) as an IT Consultant and Project Coordinator. In their role as Project Coordinator, they provided support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs; planned and coordinated projects activities; understood the clients needs and suggested various options which best suit their requirements and gave them optimized results; interacted with various teams to coordinate project activities; kept a eye on project deadlines; analyzed and resolved project issues in a timely and accurate manner. In 2018, they joined Onilab LLC. as Chief Strategy Officer and IT e-commerce Project/Account Manager and IT e-commerce Project Coordinator.

Irina Klepikova obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Economic Relations from the Belarusian State Economic University between 2010 and 2015. Irina has also obtained four additional certifications: Critical Thinking from LinkedIn in January 2019, TOEFL iBT from Educational Testing Service (ETS) in July 2018, Business Etiquette: Phone, Email, and Text from LinkedIn in December 2017, and Managing Your Sales Process from LinkedIn in November 2017.
