Tiffany Savoca's work experience begins in 1990 when they worked as a Project Assistant at SK Wellman, where they oversaw data entry and contributed to software implementation projects. From 1995 to 2004, they worked at Marymount Hospital, first as a Finance Department Assistant and later as a Plant Operations Coordinator, managing projects and reducing contractual costs. Tiffany then joined Fairview Hospital in 2004 as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects and providing project management for the Cleveland Clinic Health System.

Tiffany Savoca also worked as a Freelance Writer and Editor, specializing in Mandarin Chinese interpretation from 1987 to 2014. Tiffany volunteered at Crossroad Hospice from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they started working at MetroHealth Medical Center, initially as a Construction Information System Manager and later as the Manager of Information System for Facility Management and Construction Management. In the latter role, they implemented processes and workflows to improve departmental payment turnaround time and bridge operational efficiency gaps. Tiffany also trained users, maintained data integrity, and performed project cost management.

Currently, Tiffany Savoca holds the position of Senior Capital Project Analyst at OnIndus starting in 2022.

Tiffany Savoca completed their education in a chronological order. From 1989 to 1994, they attended Cuyahoga Community College and earned an Associate of Science degree in Liberal Arts. In 1990 to 1991, they pursued Paralegal Studies at Thompson ED Direct, ICS. Later, from 2001 to 2005, they attended the University of Phoenix and obtained their MBA degree in Healthcare Administration. Additionally, Tiffany has acquired several certifications, including "e-Builder - Training the Trainer" from e-Builder, "Business Intelligent and Reporting" from e-Builder in 2017, "Cost Management I & II" from e-Builder in 2015, "Structure Workflow I" and "Structure Workflow II" from e-Builder in 2014, and "e-Builder System Administration" from e-Builder in 2013.
