Laura Fese

Laura Fese is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Onit, Inc. since April 2024, Laura previously held the position of EVP - General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at e2open from April 2017 to March 2023. Earlier career milestones include serving as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary & Director of Global Subsidiaries at Iptor Supply Chain Systems from May 2013 to April 2017, and as Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary & Director of Global Subsidiaries at RedPrairie Corporation from July 2002 to January 2013. Laura began the career at Catalyst International as Corporate Counsel from 1998 to 2002, and prior experience includes serving as Assistant State's Attorney in the Civil Division of Cook County IL from 1991 to 1998. Laura holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Illinois State University.
