Sean Davis

Sean Davis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Sean started their career as a Marketing Coordinator at Medifast, Inc in 2002, where they managed product information, promoted products, and planned events. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as an HR Projects Specialist at PHH Arval, focusing on strategic HR initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and leadership development. Sean then joined PHH Corporation and held various roles from 2008 to 2018, including Senior HR Communications Consultant, Managing Consultant in HR Operations & Analytics, Manager of Total Rewards, and Director of Total Rewards. In these roles, they managed compensation and benefits programs, developed employee engagement practices, led M&A integration activities, and oversaw compliance and governance practices. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards) at Ocwen Financial Corporation, where they lead the total rewards and talent acquisition teams, developing and executing strategies to attract and retain a high-quality workforce. Sean also ensures market-competitive pay practices and career progression. Sean Davis has a strong educational background in the field of business administration. Sean obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Stevenson University, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management/Marketing at Loyola University Maryland, from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sean has also obtained two certifications related to their field. In April 2017, they received the CECP (Certified Executive Compensation Professional) certification from WorldatWork. Sean further enhanced their professional qualifications by obtaining the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in July 2016.
