Renee Focht Burns has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Renee began their career in 1981 as a Manager at The Camera Shop, Inc and later worked as a Personnel Administrator at Lodging Unlimited from 1989 to 1992. Renee then joined NovaCare, Inc in 1994, where they held various generalist roles in Human Resources until 1999. In 1999, Renee became the Director of Compensation & HRIS at Henkel Corporation. From 2000 to 2012, they served as the Regional Human Resources Manager at HCR ManorCare. In 2009, they briefly worked as the Area Safety Manager at the same company. In 2013, Renee joined Onix Group as the Corporate Director of Human Resources, and in 2014 they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Human Resources.

Renee Focht Burns obtained a B.A. degree in Organizational Management from Eastern University in 1996. Prior to that, they earned an A.A. degree in Broadcast Communications from Montgomery County Community College in 1988. Renee also completed a Certified Paralegal program at Penn State University, and later participated in the MBA Program with a focus on Business Administration at the same institution.
