Gordon Ballard

Gordon has been a dynamic leader in the orthopedic device industry for over 15 years. His expertise spans biotech, trauma, reconstruction as well as pain management and healing. He has led sales, marketing, planning and acquisition integration teams, and he has a passion for operations with extensive experience in supply chain – from customer service and reimbursement, to inventory and field operations. Gordon earned a B.S. from the United States Naval Academy and has completed executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School.
