Troy Catalano has worked in the medical device industry since 2014. Troy started their career at Smith & Nephew, where they held the roles of Senior Sales Consultant - Adult Reconstruction & Revision and Sales Consultant - Adult Reconstruction & Trauma. In 2022, they moved to Onkos Surgical, where they are currently employed as Regional Sales Manager - Oncology & Complex Revision.

Troy Catalano attended the University of Delaware from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Organizational Leadership and Entrepreneurial Studies.
