Jessica Knupp

Jessica Knupp currently serves as Program Lead at OnKure Therapeutics, beginning in September 2024. Previously, Jessica was Vice President and Program Lead at Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. from September 2019 to October 2023, where leadership was provided for the clinical development of three innovative small molecules for myeloid malignancies, notably overseeing a first-in-human study and managing programs through phase 1 to phase 3. Jessica's earlier experience includes roles at Celgene, first as Executive Medical Science Liaison from October 2009 to August 2019, focusing on collaboration with hematology oncology thought leaders and managing a substantial portfolio of investigator-initiated trials, and earlier as Medical Education Liaison from May 2003 to October 2009, where educational programs were developed and executed for various oncology conferences and medical education initiatives. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science from Duke University and a Master of Public Health in Research Methodology and Quantitative Methods from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
