Charles Baker

Charles Baker has over 23 years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry. Charles began their career at AT&T in 1997 as a National Account Manager and Territory Account Manager, where they maximized profitable revenue growth on SBC's National and Major Accounts in the Midwest region. In 2006, Charles transitioned to AT&T's Lead Channel Manager role, where they developed a marketing plan to launch Joint GTM IBM/AT&T Smart Cities Solutions sales launch. In 2019, Charles moved to Jacobs as a PMO Community Liaison, where they were a Project Management Professional based onsite customer premise responsible for executing on project delivery. Currently, Charles is the Executive Director at OnLight Aurora.

Charles Baker has a background in Political Science and Government from Loyola University New Orleans and General Studies from Triton College. Charles has also obtained various certifications, such as a Certificate of Completion - PMP Certification Training from CTS, Inc. in August 2019, a Certificate of Completion - AWS Cloud from CTS, Inc. in June 2019, a Certificate of Completion - Data Analytics from CTS, Inc. in June 2019, a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in May 2019, and a Certificate of Completion - Networking, Security, Voice and Collaboration from AT&T University in December 2018.
