Phil Fischbach

Phil Fischbach has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Phil started their career in 1995 as a Document Specialist at DocuTrust, where they worked until 2001. Phil then served as a Pastor at Friendship Baptist Church from 2000 to 2002, followed by a role as a Pastor at Mt. Olive Baptist Church from 2002 to 2011.

In 2011, Phil transitioned into the engineering field, joining Powermetrix as a Manufacturing Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for the transfer of products from engineering to manufacturing, ensuring documentation synchronization and acting as a bridge between the two departments. Phil remained with Powermetrix until 2015.

Next, Phil joined Technology for Energy Corp. as a Mechanical Engineer from 2015 to 2023. During their time in this role, they contributed to the company's mechanical engineering projects.
