James Gilsenan is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in e-commerce and multi-sports product management. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Online Home Shop since March 2025, James oversees operations management and e-commerce initiatives. Previously, as Director of Operations at Fanatics International from August 2007 to September 2024, James led multiple facilities and was responsible for the planning and monitoring of daily operations, implementing a lean business model, and collaborating with renowned global sports brands to enhance e-commerce fulfillment across Europe and manage various brick-and-mortar stores and events.
