Vincenzo Villamena

Vincenzo Villamena is the current CEO at Online Taxman. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Associate at Pegasus Blue Star Fund from February 2008 to October 2010, where they were involved in all aspects of new business formation, transaction screening, evaluation and execution for Pegasus Blue Star Fund's investments in Healthcare Technology. Vincenzo also played an active role in fund raising, helping close $300MM in institutional fund capital.

Before their work at Pegasus Blue Star Fund, Villamena worked as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from August 2005 to February 2008, where they advised PwC's premier private equity and corporate clients on complex accounting issues associated with a variety of transactions and structures including: M&A, LBOs, recapitalizations, stock compensation, securitizations, complex financial instruments, and derivatives. Vincenzo combined their knowledge of corporate finance, technical accounting and financial models to evaluate and execute numerous deals for high profile clients. Notable clients included Visa, ISE, Apollo, Cerberus, TPG Axon, Fortress, D.B. Zwirn, Halcyon Capital, Brown Brothers Harriman, Principal Financial and Silverpoint Capital.

Vincenzo Villamena received their Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in finance and accounting. Vincenzo then went on to earn their Master's in Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
