Currently serving as Senior Sales Manager at Online Vacation Center, Erica previously owned ACE, LLC and co-owned New Home Naples, where responsibilities included managing sales and client relations. Prior roles include Sr. Manager of Reservations at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, where Erica oversaw a US-based sales team, and various positions in cruise line sales at Silversea Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Line, focusing on building customer relationships and enhancing sales performance. Earlier experience includes customer service roles at Arise Virtual Solutions and LA Fitness, complemented by a background in financial services as a Regional Sales Manager at PFS. Erica holds a high school diploma from Cooper City High School, graduated in 2006.
