Ronald Peters has extensive experience in various industries, including marketing, sales, data analytics, and e-business solutions. Ronald is currently the Director of Marketing, Sales & Partnerships at Online Dialogue, where they utilize web data, psychology, and business consultancy to help customers make better decisions and improve conversion rates. Prior to their current role, Ronald worked as an Account Director at Adversitement, where they focused on data analytics and quality. Ronald also served as a Senior Sales Consultant at Van Ameyde Group, specializing in outsourcing and SaaS solutions for insurance providers. Ronald's earlier experience includes being the Managing Director Benelux at Scalepoint Technologies, where they provided e-business solutions for insurers, and holding sales and finance positions at Remade and e*norm respectively. Their career began as the Commercial Director at Mercian Nederland BV, a wholesaler and importer in the sport retail industry.

Ronald Peters has a diverse education history, encompassing various fields and institutions. In 1988, they attended the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a degree in Commercial Economics from the Business School. Subsequently, in 1993, Ronald attended the University of Portsmouth, where they obtained an MBA degree. In the same year, they also completed a brief course in International Relations and Diplomacy at the Instituut Clingendael. Following this, in 1994, they pursued another MBA degree at the Loyola University Maryland Sellinger School of Business and Management.

Apart from their formal education, Ronald has also engaged in various professional development courses and trainings. In 2000, they completed Advanced Sales Training, Sales Training A and B at Semester BV in Houten. In 2001, they attended Schoonderwoerd in Berkenwoude for a course in Personal Effectiveness. In 2010, they participated in the Personal Effectiveness in Managing Changes (PEIV) program at de Baak.

Ronald has also pursued personal enrichment courses. In 2014, they engaged in Personal Coaching at Van der Linden Consultancy in Amsterdam. In 2015, they completed an Executive Language Course in French at CERAN. Additionally, they obtained knowledge in The Online Marketing Fundamentals through a program offered by Google Digital Garage / IAB Europe, which occurred between an unspecified period and 2017.
