Philipp S. F. Wustrow has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as a Consulting Intern at Bayer Business Services. In 2010, they gained further experience as a Consulting Intern at 3M. In 2011, Philipp had another internship opportunity at Bayer Business Services, this time as a Consulting Intern. In 2014, they joined Universität St.Gallen as a Project Leader & Research Associate, where they worked until 2018. During this time, they also took on the role of a Project Manager at Fluentis from 2015 to 2018. Most recently, in 2016, Philipp became a Co-Founder of OnlineDoctor, a HealthTech startup specializing in asynchronous telemedicine.

Philipp S. F. Wustrow completed their International Baccalaureate (IB) degree at Haileybury UK from 2006 to 2008. Philipp S. F. then attended the University of St.Gallen from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in General Management. Philipp S. F. continued their education at the University of St.Gallen from 2012 to 2014, obtaining a Master of Arts (MA) degree in General Management. Finally, from 2014 to 2018, Philipp pursued a doctorate at the University of St.Gallen, where they earned the degree of Dr. oec. HSG.
