Leo Haryono has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various companies and roles.

Leo started their career in 2003 as a Senior Business Analyst at Walmart.com. From there, they moved on to Shopping.com (an eBay company) in 2003, where they served as the Global Head of Search Marketing (SEO & SEM) for six countries.

In 2010, Leo joined Macy's as the VP and Head of Acquisition Marketing. Leo led a team of 25 people, focusing on performance, growth, and affiliate marketing channels. Leo also implemented SEO strategies and managed partnerships with key partners.

From 2014 to 2015, Leo worked at ModCloth as the VP and Head of Acquisition & Retention Marketing. Leo led various marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, FB, programmatic display, email, and SMS push campaigns. Leo also focused on budget performance and customer loyalty through CRM and messaging campaigns.

Leo focused on driving customer and business growth across various marketing areas, including performance marketing, retention/CRM, branding, social media, PR, offline, and analytics.
