Darek Fanton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Darek started their career as a Reporter for the Portsmouth Herald in 2002. In 2004, they joined IBM as a Manufacturing Operator and worked there until 2013. During their time at IBM, they gained valuable experience in the manufacturing sector. In 2012, Darek transitioned to the field of content writing and joined SEO Content Solutions. Darek worked as a Content Writer, creating optimized online content for various industries. In 2013, they joined Online PR Media as a PR Project Manager, where they managed client projects and helped with internal outreach efforts. Since 2014, Darek has been working at OnLogic, where they hold the roles of Communications Manager and Content Manager. In these roles, they are responsible for overseeing external communications and creating marketing materials to engage clients and drive revenue. Darek Fanton attended the University of New Hampshire from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism. Darek later pursued further education at Champlain College from 2008 to 2010, obtaining a certification in Web Development. In addition to their formal education, Darek has also obtained additional certifications, including Smartsheet Essential Training from LinkedIn, which they obtained in November 2020, and a Web Development certification from Champlain College, which they obtained in June 2010.
