Keegan Flynn's work experience starts with their current role as an Account Manager at OnLogic since August 2020. In this position, they focus on building and managing relationships with key customers, advocating for them within the company and driving loyalty and growth.
Prior to OnLogic, Keegan worked at Shearer Volkswagen from November 2014 to August 2020 as a Brand Specialist. They excelled in consultative selling and relationship building, leading a team of salespeople and achieving store records for unit sales while earning positive reviews from clients.
Before Shearer Volkswagen, Keegan worked at Burton Snowboards from July 2011 to November 2014 as a Direct Sales keyholder in the flagship store. They consistently sold over $1 million in retail products each year, winning the Stats Superstar sales contest three times and playing key roles in events and sales teams.
From September 2010 to March 2011, Keegan worked at Mountain Hardware and Sports as a Customer Service/Floor Sales representative. They gained experience in sales, product ordering, and communication with management.
Earlier in their career, Keegan worked at Olive Garden from October 2008 to May 2010 as a Server/Busser/Host, developing sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment and receiving recognition for excellence.
Prior to Olive Garden, Keegan held various roles at Leonardo's Pizza as a driver and prep cook from October 2006 to October 2008.
Lastly, Keegan founded Short Bus Ice Cream from April 2007 to September 2008 as an owner and co-founder. They developed a business plan, built the ice cream truck, and achieved success with the support of Champlain College's BYOBiz entrepreneurship program.
Keegan Flynn obtained a High School Diploma in Mathematics and Spanish from Oakmont Regional High School, attending from 2001 to 2005. Following that, Keegan pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business at Champlain College, from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Keegan has also obtained certifications in Strategic Thinking and A3 Problem Solving for Continuous Improvement from LinkedIn, in November 2020 and August 2020, respectively.
