Katie Maxwell has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Katie started their career in 2003 as an Early Childhood Educator in a private company and worked there until 2009. In the same year, they joined Greycoat Lumleys as a Recruitment Resourcer and Administration Assistant, where they worked for a year. Following that, they worked at Expect A Star as a Recruitment Consultant - Team Leader from 2009 to 2011. Katie then joined Only About Children in 2011 and held various roles, including Recruitment Manager, People and Culture Business Partner, and Senior Operations Manager, before becoming the Director of Operations, a position they currently hold.
Katie Maxwell completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management at Deakin University from 2023 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma of Human Resource Management from Australian Institute of Management in 2013-2014, and a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management from TAFE NSW in 2012. Katie also holds a Certificate III in Children's Services from Tuggerah Lakes Community College, which they earned in 2003-2004. Additionally, Katie completed their Higher School Certificate at St Joseph's Catholic College, East Gosford from 1997 to 2002.
