Colleen Hilton

Colleen Hilton is the CEO and Co-Founder of Alli Connect, a company focused on improving access to mental health care using AI technology. Currently serving as a Board Member for Only7Seconds, Colleen aims to foster intentional connections to combat loneliness. Previously, Colleen participated in the Graham & Walker Catalyst program, which supports women startup founders, and was involved with the Techstars Boston '22 accelerator. As the Founder and CEO of Acuity Counseling, Colleen established a private practice dedicated to counseling individuals, couples, and families. Colleen's academic experience includes roles as an Adjunct Faculty member at Antioch University Seattle and the University of Phoenix, where instruction centered on psychology and counseling. Colleen holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
