Matt McGraw

Matt McGraw is the current CEO of OnlyLions, a position they have held since the company’s founding. Prior to this, they were Head of Sales at Unison Home Ownership Investors from January 2007 to December 2009. During their time at Unison, McGraw was responsible for the successful rollout of new-to-the-world homeowner equity financing, which was recognized by the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. However, the real estate crisis stunted the company’s progress.

Before joining Unison, McGraw was Senior Research Manager at Tiburon Strategic Advisors from January 2005 to December 2007. In this role, they were the lead consultant and analyst for a boutique consultancy that served top consumer financial services brands. Matt reported directly to the company’s owner, who was a former Charles Schwab senior executive and McKinsey consultant.

McGraw began their career as an account executive at Fisher Investments in January 2004, before moving to First Republic Group in January 2002.
