Mahawish Zaidi

Mahawish Zaidi has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Mahawish began their career as Vice President of Human Resources for Ghazee Food Service Corp., a family business, where they provided legal aid and conducted evaluations and job analysis. In 2012, they took on roles as a Paralegal for Gandhi, Parekh & Isaac, LLC and a Legal Intern/Jr. Paralegal for Spevack Law Firm. In 2011, they also had a Psychology Internship at Acelero Learning, where they assisted teachers with lesson plans, supervised, and provided organizational skills. In 2018, they became a Contracts Manager for Dun & Bradstreet, where they worked alongside Global Sourcing & Procurement at D&B headquarters providing legal services and analytical services. Mahawish created D&B's contract repository system and conducted contract review, negotiations, deals, analysis, and meta-data. Mahawish also performed extensive data analysis for contract review, meta-data, and spend calculations & projections. In 2020, they became a Founding Member of Moguls in Legal at Mogul and a Member of CLOC (Corporate Legal Operations Consortium). In 2022, they became a Member of LINK (Legal Innovators Network). Mahawish currently serves as Legal Operations Manager at Credly.

Mahawish Zaidi completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology & Criminal Justice from Rutgers University in 2012. Mahawish then went on to obtain a Master of Legal Studies (MLS) from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from institutions such as DocuSign, USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, CLOC (Corporate Legal Operations Consortium), and Credly. Mahawish is also a Notary Public in the State of New Jersey.
