Kristina Løfman

Kristina Løfman has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to 2020. Kristina began their career in 2005 as an Athlete for the Norwegian Rowing Federation, where they trained and competed as a national team member. In 2008, they became a Student Athlete at UC Berkeley, where they were a Cal Varsity 8 rower and a four-time consecutive Pac-12 champion and National Championship medalist. In 2013, they joined Tesla Motors as a Delivery Specialist and Inside Sales Advisor, where they established integral processes to build delivery team structure and create the first Model S delivery program in Norway. Kristina then transitioned to the EU Infrastructure Program at Tesla Motors in 2014, where they managed installation projects and analyzed usage data and trends to develop a European energy forecasting tool. In 2018, they interned at SunCulture Kenya Ltd. as an Operations and Business Development Intern, where they worked with the COO to define the company's retail and expansion strategy across Kenya. In 2019, they joined Oatly as a Business Development Manager. Finally, in 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer at ONNA.

Kristina Løfman attended Harvard Business School from 2017-2019, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Kristina also attended University of California, Berkeley from 2012-2013, where they earned a Master's degree in Anthropogenic Climate Change. From 2008-2012, they attended the same university and earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science.
